    This small group class will help you explore techniques to get a stiff back moving again. Please book ahead, places are limited.

    12:30 - 3 pm

    Drop in! Try out a movement challenge. Ask questions about physiotherapy and how it can help you. Sign up for a class, walking group or strength challenge.

  • 15 minute consultations

    11:45 - 12:30 / 3:30 - 5 pm

    Find out if physio can help you and your bespoke needs. In these sessions you can get a quick assessment of your body to discuss what comes next. Also available Jan 20-23

    Let’s talk about it! Get to know your pelvis and pelvic floor and how it can relate to tight hips, back pain and other complications. Book ahead to reserve a place.

ABOUT YOUR PHYSIOTHERAPIST

A LIFETIME OF EXPLORING MOVEMENT

Mollie has been moving, dancing or practing yoga since the age of 3. Her first injury came from over stretching in a cold room when she was 12. Since then she has been curious about injury and healing and helping the body to move better.

After years of yoga teaching and movement study, Mollie trained as a physiotherapist. She has worked in in-patient, out-patient, neuro and community settings. In each case she brings her keen eye for movement challenges, and her holistic approach to improving movement.

Mollie has special interest is helping to improve mobility in long term or old injuries and in strengthening for bone health and longevity.
