2020 has been a stressful year. Many of us feel tired, stressed, confused or hurting. There has been so much challenge and change.
Connect to your body, your inner nature, and your alignment to the cycles and rhythms of outer nature. Meet your personal challenges with tender acceptance, kindness and a clear eyes towards the future.
How will you choose to emerge from 2020?
December 5 - 6, 2020
We will start at 9am (all times GMT) for a delicious yoga practice (9am - 10:30am), and then meet for our opening circle. (11am - 12pm)
In the afternoon, open your workbook, and audio files to take a guided walk in nature.
In the evening, we will practice again, a class to deeply unwind the stresses and strains in our bodies. Move consciously, to let go our movement patterns, as well as tensions and anxieties.
(5pm - 6:30pm)
Start the day with a dynamic and playful movement practice, including dance and movement exploration and yoga flows. (9am - 10:30am)
Dive into our own creative processes and what we are cultivating.
(11am - 12:30pm)
In the afternoon, you can opt to go on a self-guided nature walk, or your own activity (or rest!)
In the evening, we will have another yoga practice to clarify and embody our intentions moving forward (5pm - 6:30pm), before we finish with a short closing circle.

In the course of the weekend, we will explore the kinds of practices that support our well-being in the winter months. I will make short audios or videos to support you with those practices going forward.
