Everyone needs a free gift every now and again, and here is yours. I recorded this class live from my house, at the beginning of UK "lockdown". It works the body in unusal ways, and gives you an idea of soem of the movements that are coming up in my classes these days. Of course, I also use imagery as well, to help us get the best out of our movement.
